1. Non Payments - Received several complaints about non payment and lack of support.

2. Site Offline Without Notice - Site was down for about a week and no word from the owner.

3. Forum Removed - Another bad sign. No payments being made so it isn't like people have the reason to post there. 

4. Slow Earner - Manual Surf/Traffic Exchange sites are not for everyone. These type of sites pay a fraction of a cent. They are great for those who like to promote and gain exposure for their site or blog. The site does pay, but don't expect to make a large sum of money from this site.

Pay4Surf has paid, but it appears to have stopped. The site will be placed on the Scam List till it starts paying as per the agreed terms.
